"Complete joke. Hung up on me twice. Do these pharmacists not know anything about customer service? Half of the pharmacists and techs here act like you’re just putting them out when requesting simple tasks, then hang up on you when you get frustrated with their pretentious and condescending demeanor. I guess they don’t teach proper customer service skills in school. Sad. It’s people like these that’s wrong with western medicine. Just take a look at the mediocre reviews, i think they speak for the poor quality of care these healthcare “professionals” provide."

"The Pharmacy at Harmons - The District is far and away the worst. They’re terrible. I’m not kidding when I say I have nothing but problems with this pharmacy. 0 stars if I could. Every. Single. Month. there’s an issue. They can never keep one thing or another adequately stocked, something is always out (let me repeat: something is ALWAYS out), and only half of their employees know how to count or know what day of the month it is. Also I’d say roughly half of the employees in the pharmacy have bad attitudes (I’d prefer to call it personality deficits). Calling corporate to vent your frustrations will not help, it fixes nothing. I’ve tried. I have never in my life had so many ongoing issues with a pharmacy. Since they won’t transfer my prescriptions to another Harmons pharmacy, once my refills run out, I will NEVER give them my business ever again, and will ensure everyone I know does the same, that’s how bad the pharmacy is at Harmons - The District. Don’t walk away from this pharmacy, run! They’ve earned this negative review."

"They couldn't fill a prescription because they were out. Which is fine. Called back a couple weeks later and was told they did fill it, without my permission, and since I never picked it up, it was returned to stock. They also never called to tell me that they filled it. So they have someone filling Schedule 1 drugs in patient names and without contacting the patients. Which is super suspicious. I've unfortunately had to pull all my families prescriptions from Harmons because I don't believe patient privacy is a priority."

"I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for about 2 years, for all of my special needs sons prescriptions. I have to come more than I would like, but the Pharmacist John, and the male tech who has long hair, are the reason I keep coming back to this location. They are always so informative, helpful, kind, and have a positive attitude, which is hard to find now days."
