Reviews
"Seems like the only people that take the time to review are upset. This Pharmacy and staff are great! Friendly and helpful."
"I was in line before 9pm and stepped to the counter when the pharmacy tech told me they were closed. There were 4 techs present and none of them would offer to fill my prescription. Very poor customer service from people who’s job it is to provide customers with the best service possible. Reams or Harmony looks pretty good right now!!!!!"
"This pharmacy has been nothing but a pain. I fill monthly and every single month theres a hiccup. I can't ever get a prescription filled the same day. They will have my prescription status "in progress" for at least a day, and it's not because it's too early to fill. I always have to call or go in and figure out why I'm still waiting on it to be filled. I only come to this pharmacy because my doctor can only send to this location. I would so much rather go to a different one. And yes the employees are rude. I've seen them be rude to other customers and they've been rude to me. I had a new prescription and I asked the pharmacist if there was anything I needed to know and she told me to read the paper. I used to work in the pharmacy at Smiths years ago, at a different location, I know the ins and outs and why things happen and don't happen. I know how it goes and I can tell you, a lot is wrong here. I dont know how an entire pharmacy department can have so many issues. I understand an employee here and there but this is an ENTIRE DEPARTMENT. Smiths preaches positive customer service, I dont know how the pharmacy got it so wrong and gets away with it."
"Probably the worst smiths I've been to In the valley. Unfortunately the closest geographically for me. I will travel farther from now on because we've been burned so many times by this location. Especially when it comes to prescriptions. All too often they won't have your prescription or they will only have half of your refills and then wait until you go pick up to tell you!! So very frustrating. If it had happened once or a few times I'd let it slide but this is at least 5 times now. Employees are never helpful!!! I am beyond done. Switching all my prescriptions and I won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous. And can't reach a manager either."
"Horrible customer service!! There is a reason over all they have a 2.0 rating! I normally don't file a complaint but I did this time to the manager.. Conner was so rude to me on the phone and made me feel stupid asking questions with his snarky giggles and remarks. I definitely expressed to them how frustrated I was when knowing my prescription was called in they say they "checked" their voice-mail but would not check in front of me. I even double checked with the office that called it in making sure they called the right location and of course they did. I need my prescription due to a horrible infection. It's happened multiple times it was there on their voice-mail but they wouldnt check. Its not that hard but clearly it is for them. The pharmacist was like "I already checked but what was your name again?" Soo they obviously didn't check. Typically they will call me the next day and tell me it was on the voice-mail because like I said this has happened multiple times so clearly they don't know how to do their jobs. Edgar under his breath saw me at the register and was like "oh boy". It was just rude and I made it known to him that it was. He did apologize which I definitely appreciate but when you are on my end and know your prescription is there and they won't do their job to check it, it's very frustrating. If I could give a zero I would. The lady standing in line behind me said "they are so rude here aren't they?" So clearly I am not exaggerating. Very unprofessional!"
