"Great staff they are so kind and let me tell you about the gift shop, phenomenal it is time to check it out yourself if you haven't already."
"Don't get your compound medication here. Go to the University Pharmacy as others have stated. It's worth the drive trust me. The pharmacist told me he tried to call my wife (Which he didn't call. My wife never recieved a call or a voicemail as he claimed) before he filled a prescription. The reason- Because if they ran it through my insurance, my insurance company would be able to tell them what they can charge for a prescription which wouldn't cover the cost of the ingredients Jolleys has to purchase, so in doing that Jolleys would lose money on it, because according to their contract with the insurance companies they can't just charge me, the customer the difference of what wouldn't be covered because that's in violation of their contract. I know! An earful right?! So my question is why do you guys have contracts with insurance companies if you're not going to use them?? And they apparently get to tell you what you charge for your prescriptions? That may be, but doesn't that sound like a flawed system then??? University Pharmacy could modify ingredients in the compound in a way where my insurance can cover it. I don't know why that's not possible for Jolleys. I have no reason to go back. I think this is all just them being greedy and trying to get extra cash from customers rather than it being an issue working with insurance companies."
"Please take into consideration the collective negative sentiment expressed in previous reviews, which consistently highlights issues with the professionalism of the staff. A specific staff member, Tracy, demonstrated behavior that raised significant concerns during my recent interaction with your establishment. Over the course of one day, I was repeatedly informed that my prescription had not been received from my doctor. It was only after I personally informed the staff that the prescription had been faxed and provided them with their own fax number that, suddenly, the prescription was located. Subsequently, I was informed that my prescription would be ready by 11 am the following day. Given my mother's proximity to the pharmacy, I requested her assistance in picking it up. My mother also called and verified the 11 am readiness. However, when my mother arrived at 12 pm, she was informed that the medication was not ready and would take an additional half an hour. Understandably, my mother expressed frustration, pointing out that she had been promised an earlier completion time. This is when Tracey intervened, informing my mother that there was an ongoing inspection, which had caused delays. My mother rightfully responded that the inspection was not her concern, and that her time was valuable as well. In response, Tracey displayed unprofessional behavior, accusing my mother of having an attitude and speaking to her in a condescending manner. This led my mother to leave the pharmacy. Subsequently, Tracey called me directly to inform me of my mother's dissatisfaction. Initially, I was surprised by this call, but I was taken aback by the fact that Tracey was calling me to complain about my mother's frustration. She repeatedly interrupted me during the conversation and falsely accused my mother of being aggressive towards the employee at the register. I defended my mother's behavior, knowing this wasn't the case but Tracey insisted that I wasn't there. When I requested to speak to the manager she responded that she should be the one to handle the situation and claimed that she should be the manager at this point anyway. Our phone conversation continued, with Tracey consistently interrupting me. I attempted to convey that accurate information about the prescription pickup time could have prevented this situation. When I asked when my prescription would be available, Tracey put me on hold and returned with a response of 25 minutes, nearly two hours later than the original half-hour estimate. I chuckled at the inaccuracy, and Tracey raised her voice, declaring that they would not fill my prescription, ultimately hanging up on me. I promptly called back and spoke with the on-duty pharmacist. He informed me that he had listened to our entire conversation and considered it a "wash" due to frustration on both sides. This response was unsatisfactory. The pharmacist also attempted to justify the delay by claiming it takes 24 hours to fill a prescription, despite having already possessed the prescription for that duration. Moreover, I had to assist the employee in locating the required information. It is difficult to adequately convey the extent of the discourtesy and unprofessionalism I experienced at your pharmacy, coupled with a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It appears that your establishment may perceive a lack of alternatives in the area as a license to mistreat customers. I must emphasize that I will not return to your pharmacy, and I plan to address this situation with the owners on Monday. The staff's behavior was thoroughly unapologetic, discourteous, and unprofessional."
"I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I switched my foster child's medication to this pharmacy after the last one sent him the wrong medication in the correct bottle and could have killed him. We have had a very difficult year as we had to change agencies twice and pharmacies going on 5 times. In the hassle my sons insurance lapsed. It's foster care medicaid so it is guaranteed to be restored but the government takes time. I called this pharmacy and nicely begged and pleaded for them to front 5 days of his meds so that we would not have to go without meds this long weekend. My son is severely autistic and mentally ill. He is extremely aggressive. Not only did they refuse to help but then they hung up on me. I called back to see what the out of pocket cost on the medication was and they told me they will no longer fill his meds and again hung up on me. I had a friend sitting with me that time to ensure I said nothing rude. I did not but I was accused of it. It seems they didn't like hearing our story or being asked to help. And instead of professionally handling the calls with compassion and understanding for this very difficult situation they refused to help. Were very rude and hung up. Now my agency has called them to get his prescriptions and they refused to give them to her either. So they are holding my sons prescriptions hostage now. I am likely facing a very violent weekend. Everyone knows they could have helped, pharmacies do it all the time. I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"Filled a script for tetracaine lollipops for a tonsillectomy. Luckily they had some pre-made so the wait was less than 10 min. Very nice people. My insurance didn't cover so they were $10 a piece."
