Now, let's talk about their laughable "lifetime warranty." It's nothing more than a cruel joke. When I attempted to invoke this so-called warranty to address issues with the front windshield tint, I was met with a barrage of empty promises. The owner assured me that the problem would be fixed, but surprise, surprise – they never bothered to lift a finger. Cool Image Tinting's commitment to customer satisfaction is as genuine as a snake oil salesman's guarantee. As if their lack of communication and false promises weren't enough, the quality of the window tinting job on my car was shockingly amateurish. It's a masterpiece of mediocrity, and I genuinely question whether the owner even knows what quality work entails. Cool Image Tinting's blatant disregard for professionalism and competence is a stain on the already questionable reputation of this sorry excuse for a business. In conclusion, Cool Image Tinting is a disgrace. "I stayed home this morning rather than doing what I normally do in the morning because I had a tiny appointment with Mohawk Tint who is also the same company as Cool Image. He never showed. No call. When I spoke with owner two weeks ago he insisted on coming to my house at 9 to do it. I told him 10 would be good but he insisted 9 am, so 9 was it. never showed, no call. I called multiple times but no answer. Send a text message but I was ghosted. Don’t schedule this company or waste or your time. I called Cool Image and the same number showed up on my phone as Mohawk Tint. Very shady. Best schedule with someone you can trust. Won’t give this company any star."

"Cool Image Tinting came and did my Corvette this morning. Travis was great to work with, responded quickly to my texts and came to my house to do the tint job, very convenient. The overall tint job turned out well. It is lacking in some detail around the edge cuts and seam spacing. That could just be me being picky. Photos to show detail. We'll see how it holds up over time. Would I use him again, yes."

"Travis has done 6 of our vehicles. He did a great job. He even came down to our house for 5 of the vehicles. Now we had one done and it wasn't quite warm enough outside and the tint has peeled up and everyone of us has been unable to get a hold of him. I know that he would guarantee his work. We are afraid that something may have happened to him. No phone calls, no texts, nothing. We have been trying to get a hold of him for the past 2 months. Please if anyone knows that he is ok, please post....."
