"I had a very, very disappointing experience here. I’ll probably be back out of necessity, but had some of the most pathetic and terrible customer experience in recent memory. I dropped off my Accord for an average tire rotation + balance. When I returned to pick up the car, a lady told me “you’re good to go!” She lied. It turns out my car wouldn’t start when I went out to it. This is really unusual considering I used to be a Honda tech and take meticulous care of my cars. When I went back inside, they clearly had their tails between their legs because they knew I was about to catch them being dishonest. The LEAST they could have done is admitted that my car wouldn’t start after working on it which literally required pushing it into a parking spot. These experiences are a reminder of why no one trusts mechanics and quick lube shops anymore. They’re overworked and do the bare minimum without being professional or careful with people’s precious cars."

The level of Service is great whether you’re just getting a tire rotation or buying a new set of tires you’re treated well."

"Stopped in with a quick question about wheels and Chris answered them all thoroughly. Then, I mentioned I had recently noticed a weird clicking/grinding sound under my truck. He hopped in the truck on the spot, and with help from Scott, they had the issue figured out in no time. They tightened up a few spots on the transmission mount as a courtesy and it’s been completely resolved. I’ll definitely be back for all future work."

"We had our low tire sensor go off on our car and we dropped by Les Schwab to have them check it out. Even though it was a busy time we were met quite quickly and they took care of what ultimately was a screw in our tire. Even more amazing was they didn’t charge us for a fix even though we didn’t buy the tires there! I will for sure be going back! Note for all those other tire centers out there-great customer service will win you customers. Take note Saratoga Springs-Les Schwab is setting a new gold standard for customer service!"
