"I’ve been to multiple tire shops around my area and back to some of them more than 5 times trying to get my tires balanced. Stopped into big O tires on Main Street to see what they thought. Moises greeted me at the counter. Told him what was going on he said let’s see what we can do for you. Took my truck back, brought back around a short time later. Said yes they were out 6oz and we rebalanced them. No change he says. Much improved ride and will be back for all my future service needs."

Moses has personally come to my house to check my truck after they worked on it and it ended up being a nonrelated issue but he didn’t charge me for his time. Today he and the team stayed after hours over the weekend to fix my son’s tire. This Layton store is absolutely the best big o in tire or tire. You won’t go wrong with this crew and they will make sure you are well taken care of!!!!"

"While driving across country. I broke a lower swing arm on my front wheel. I knew I had a hotel in Layton. Took my car in to this place. So I could get back on the road. They had me in and out same day. And even better. The car drives great. I drive a lifted crown Victoria. I figured I was gonna get some jive about not being able to work on it. Nope. These dudes didn’t even flinch. Needs a swing arm. Done. Alignment better than it ever has been. Not an easy task on lifted Crown Vic’s. Not an issue here.
