"There are businesses that don't deserve to be in business and employees that don't deserve jobs. Fact! Disappointing. They are out of stock on a prescription I need. I get that. I call to see if they can tell me if other nearby Walgreens have it in stock. I'm told, "You'll have to call around to see if any other location has it, then they can pull it over there if they do. We can't send it to another pharmacy. Click." Well, that wasn't what I asked. I asked them to see if another location has it. I'll be happy to call that location and ask them to transfer. But, apparently, it is too hard to provide a little customer service. I'm certain they can see who has what in their system. I guess I'm expected to call location after location and sit on hold for each one waiting to ask if they have what I need. There you have it folks, if you're going to get your life sustaining meds, it's all on you. Don't expect any help from your local Pharmacy. Especially this location. YMMV..."

"Customer service is not a strong point of the Walgreens night shift on 122nd. I visited this pharmacy 12 July 2022 for cough medicine. At the check out counter Mr. Innosence was extremely rude, and appeared not to know what he was doing. After I inserted my telephone number to use my reward point, the machine was malfunctioning, he (Mr. Innosence wanted to argue with me in the presence of other customers. I used my veteran tax exemption which he appeared to had a problem with. He was not aware of prices, displayed a horrible disposition, and so on. This employee need to be trained on customer relation skills."
