"This is a review worth reading until the end. Over the course of about 3 years, I have had many service appointments at this location for a wide range of maintenance and/or repairs. In my opinion, they are very untrustworthy and I'm rather embarrassed to have spent as much time and money as I have here. This isn't the first time I've written a review like this for this location and regrettably, they convinced to me change the last one.They do have some good reviews, so I don't know if some employees just decided to single me out, but I don't get why I get such terrible service here. I have never disrespected any of their employees and have never done anything other than just be a customer and yet, this is what I get: To sum it up briefly, they have ordered wrong parts, failed to install parts correctly or missed parts entirely during installation. I had to ask them 4 times to tighten my e-brake and it got to the point where I had to physically show them that whatever they did had no effect before they actually "fixed" it, and it still barely works. Most recently, I brought my vehicle in to do preventative maintenance as I just reached 100,000 miles. I HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL, PRIOR TO THIS VISIT. The following day, my engine started shaking severely while driving. So I brought it back and they told me it was now fixed. Turns out, the issue was not fixed at all and upon finding a rachet socket with an extension in my engine bay, I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else. After paying another shop hundreds just in labor, I found out that they didn't install a spark plug correctly causing a misfire and therefor damaging other parts of the engine. I had to pay over $700 on top of what I already paid ken garff just in labor to access the spark plugs so they could check all of them and fix the one that was installed wrong. I have attempted to reach out to Ken Garff Nissan to request reimbursement, but they do not call me back and conveniently never have a manager available. At this point, I wouldn't even trust these guys to check my tire pressure."

"I would've left a zero star rating but it wouldn't allow I brought my car in to get preventive maintenance done on my car. With me having over 75k miles, they recommended I do my transmission and brake service done. It went well, a little more in cost than originally quoted, but no big deal. Fast forward 2 weeks later. I have a malfunction light that came on, but because my brakes were just serviced, I was told by another Nissan service center. It should be fine to drive. Over the weekend, I have a feeling my brakes went out. I am not able to stop unless I'm pedal to the floor, and even then, it takes a minute to stop. I called the local Nissan service center. They say they don't have a record of me just servicing my vehicle with Nissan. When I grabbed my invoice, I just noticed they entered the wrong VIN, year make and model of my car, the color is wrong, the license plate is wrong, and the milage. How is this possible? The only correct information was my name. My service costs $439.87. How could they not check the right vehicle? I'm wondering if this has caused my brake problem?? I called today but the service agent kept me on hold for 25 mins to look into my claim, just to say that the service center closed 5 mins again and all she could do is update her system with my actual car information. ( very frustrating, why would I want to change it without having the answer of where the information came from first. ) I get we are in a different workforce, and we are extremely short staffed everywhere, but how could this be so inaccurate? My car color is a bright cherry red, not silver, as they listed. My car is an SV rogue that looks very different than the S rogue model as they have. I highly recommend staying away from Nissan in Riverdale. This is the 2nd time I went to them in the span of 4 years and both time the worst experience ever."
"We had our car serviced, as it was due in for a few recall upgrades/replacements. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We worked with Nathan specifically and he did a terrific job of explaining the updates the car needed, and how long they would take. The staff also helped with transportation home after we dropped the car off, and back for pickup."
"this place was great. we got an amazing deal on our rogue. went in for the first service and they explained everything to me the awesome lady even helped me with my 2 babies. they have a playroom for kids and provide snacks and beverages for those waiting! they even call to make sure your still happy with your purchase. very awesome place!"
