"The new remodel is beautiful, the inside of the building is really lovely and there is plenty of outdoor seating which is great if you're trying to be cautious due to COVID. However, they seem to prioritize drive through more than dine-in. They didn't ask our name or offer a receipt and the wait was extremely long. I'd say 3 or 4 drive through orders were fulfilled before we got our food. Food was good but the overall experience needs work."

"Customer service is okay my fries where subpar, but my burger's temperature was cooler than my fries I'll take it as a maybe today wasn't their day, not sure I'll be going back to this one. Edit 2/2/201: still dishing out lazy cold food JBC burger wasn't even 80 degrees. Close to room temperature burgers being sold here as you can tell from the picture."

"I've only ever gone through the drive-thru for this location so please keep that in mind. I give this location only 3 stars because while the food is good quality and they've never messed up my order, the wait is usually rather long. I'm talking upwards of 15 minutes. And that's when it's actually moving. One of my first experiences with this location had the line going nowhere for 10 minutes. I did not wait around to see how long it took to eventually place my order. Going inside may be a completely different experience as the food is certainly fresh and the wait time may be more manageable."

"Update: with one customer in the restaurant had to wait 30 minutes for our food, what we got was unedible and when we tried to say something we were ignored somehow they lost the fast and Fast Food. Fries were cold and burger was burnt and tasted bad I couldn't eat it."
