Whataburger

"i rarely leave reviews but i feel like i should warn others about this location. firstly, they seem extremely short handed, leaving you waiting in the drive thru for extended periods of time. i saw plenty of people give up and leave. but the part that really bothered me was watching an employee clean the floors and prepare food at the same time, with the same gloves on. i watched him while he mopped and saw him pull my onion rings out of the fryer with the dirty mop still in the other hand, move the trash can, and go back to preparing food, all within a minute, and not changing gloves or even taking them off before touching food. he did all this right in front of me and another customer so who knows what goes on when no one’s looking… this is my second time here, my only problem the first time was the wait, but i had curbside so i never saw inside til now.. this place really grosses me out"

"This Whataburger used to have a reputation for being really sketchy... but now I'm trying it out for a quick burger. They had an expo manager making sure every order that went out, went out correctly and the staff was actually polite & helpful. They asked which kind of ketchup I wanted (if u know, u know). All in all, a great burger, and a great fast-burger experience. I hate to be so formal, but you guys deserve a 5 star rating for this."

"They NEVER miss!!!! 6 years into my Whata kick and it’s usually consistent but this time was different >>> Mrs. Aniyah W had the best customer service I’ve encountered when it comes to quick dining(and I frequent Whata in TX(Corpus/HTX), never seen better than this) The fries were as fresh as it gets, perfectly salted!! Thanks Mr. Geo W!!! My party had a vast order…. Between the Honey Butters, the Sausage Biscuits, the Hashbrowns, & last but not least the Banana Pudding shake, Kiana G made sure everything was SUPERB! Talk about the dream team! 11/10 Thank you guy’s for always raising the bar & setting new standards I didn’t even know were possible"
