They said they would get car and see what was wrong... after several days, we called and they had not gotten car yet.. they were rude, unprofessional, and I would not recommend this shop if it was the last and only place in Texas. We were being charged daily, because the car had been impounded. We called Cam's which the tow service recommended! Cam's got the car and we are so glad! B & T is the worst!!!!"
