"Usually change my own oil, but went to this location as I was busy my last change. Went to change my oil today, and this was what came out. 3k miles on the dot, yet it looks like sludge. The plug was also stripped and I had to use an extractor set to get it off. Don't risk taking your vehicle here."
"Experience was great waited about 15-20 min was not long when they got to my truck they finished fast gave me information on my air filter and amount of oil my truck needed which was helpful, the manger inputted my military discount along with tax exempt card so my next visit I wouldn’t have to provide nothing. Experience was a lot better faster compared to taking my vehicle to the dealership my last oil change at the dealership they didn’t inform me that I needed a new air filter or cabin filter Alt least they showed me the air filter that needed replacing a year ago so the service was great and informative."
