"Took them 7 months to replace Cams and one lifting arm on a 2009 challenger rt. I now have an exhaust leak that was not leaking before. Not only that but if I called them they just lied and told me guaranteed one more week each time. The work was only supposed to take 2 months at the absolute maximum. A couple other relatives of mine have also had problems with them recently."

"Harry's muffler shop is a great place with a great hometown mechanic him and his first mate mike. They will do you right. Most of times the job is so simple they prorate so bad that you feel guilty and so you leave a big tip or bring by some vittles. So what show me on him was this one time I needed to get my water bottle changed on my car and he looked at it and it took him like 30 minutes to figure out what type of water how bad the water bottle was and then I said well how much was it to look at it and he said nothing. And then said how much is it for this water bottle and this is nothing because you're going to order it off of rockauto.com or get it from O'Reilly so I did and I brought it and then he installed it and it took him only like 30 minutes they only charge me like 20 bucks so we brought him like a whole mess of homemade food and stuff. But hey you know this review is actually about what happened the other day so finally got tired of these strange sounds coming out of engine compartment and I took it on by there and had them take a look and based on what they could see cuz I have a Hyundai, so it's really hard to look at some things. They were like yeah it looks like your belts are probably going to go out there. So I went and order some new belts from O'Reilly for like for $30 and then took my car back by there and dropped it off. They literally called me 30 minutes after I dropped it off and said hey it's already installed because apparently once they took the top plate off of the engine compartment, they was easy to get too. It turns out those belts needed to be replaced because they had a lot of chunks out of them. So Harry's was really good at diagnosing the problem and very fast at putting them on. They originally quoted me $80 for the labor but it took 30 minutes he insisted it to be 40 and I insisted that he take a $20 tip."
