"Two things to say: Value, customer service! I just bought a dump hoist kit for a flatbed truck and as to expected, I had difficulty with the complex installation. I called several times for advice and help, sometimes after hours, and it must have forwarded to a cell phone because I got answers each time! Thanks to that help, my truck is now a dump truck with chipper box that can dump about 8,000 lbs of cargo! Try and beat that when you order from China."
