"I really want to 5* because she was very friendly. So this should not reflect on how friendly they are. The reason for 3. I ordered tires and they forgot to order them. They offered a better tire and they offered to eat the cost. But then didn't have those tires either. I was leaving town and really needed them, so it put me in a bind. I will try them again since they had good prices and nice people."
