"Please DO NOT do business here. Although our salesman was nice everything after our order was initially submitted was AWFUL. This company does not follow-up on orders. My husband had to correct them on our order several times he even had to call their other locations to verify our order. Our tile was delayed more than once and we were told different answers each time we called to get updates. We literally had to make them overnight our tile because we were done waiting. I have asked several times to have the owner call me and guess what I am still waiting."

"We stopped in here on a Saturday morning to look at some tile for our upcoming pool renovation project. We picked a few samples and talked to the salesman about setting up an account to order the tile with the discount. After turning in the paperwork we waited 3 weeks and called multiple times to check and see if the account had been set up yet. The lady behind the counter is rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help at all. Finally on my last call I was told that they basically did not want to set us up and we would have to pay full price for the tile. No reason was given as to why we could not set up an account. ( Our credit is perfect) Basically they set back my renovation project 3 weeks for no reason. Furthermore after doing some research I found the tile manufacture which they will not disclose and was able to purchase the tile online for less than their "wholesale price" with free freight on top of that. Thanks for nothing Master Tile!"
