"Every time I visit to get my water tested I feel like I am inconveniencing the staff. Very little explanation as to what the results mean and they get visibly annoyed if you ask for details."

"The red bearded cashier is the rudest customer service provider I have ever encountered. "I get it. You are the smartest pool store attendant alive, and I am an annoying customer asking for assistance. Shame on me." Put this guy in the back repairing pumps. I have yet to have an encounter with him that has been helpful or pleasant. I walked in today. Without even looking up from the register he announced to me and the rest of the store, "if you are looking for acid we are out." I wasn't, actually, but I didn't bother to respond or to buy what I came there for either. I just turned around and walked out."

"I constantly get stuck in line behind people asking the front counter how to fix a problem. Keep in mind they are a pool supply store, not a pool contractor or pool service company. These guys do an amazing job going above the call of duty helping homeowners do the work themselves instead of hiring and paying a professional. Keep in mind that it’s parts, products, accessories and FREE advice. Now that I’m done with my rant, I’m going to go ask the grocery store checker what ingredients I need to make a wonderful lasagna and if they recommend the oven to 350° or 375°."

"Had a pool put in this year and the chemical work was a little overwhelming at the beginning but using the guys at Leslie’s has made all the difference. A specific shoutout is deserved for Joe (manager) and Jon (Assistant Manager). These guys know what they’re talking about and the past few days have been crazy with an employee not showing up, the water tester breaking down, and a nice summer weekend and they handled the insanity really well. They make the whole process of pool care significantly easier. Well done."

"The smell always makes me think of a chlorinated swimming pool. They have all kinds of pool and hot tub supplies and services. Also have some toys. Always friendly and helpful."
