"Horrible! Had a part there for over four weeks. Visited them three different times, to find out the status of the part. I was continually told I would hear back that day. I heard absolutely nothing. Today I went in to pick it up, and the girl laughed at me. The worst part, is they knew what was wrong. No one bothered to call. I guess they didn’t have time. I would never recommend this place. Too many other pool places. My advice, find another one! Honestly, I would recommend Affordable Pools. Small, personal, and customer service oriented."
