"I've been to Leslie's pool before in Edmond and did not have a good experience. I was in Norman and I needed to stop in and I met an incredible worker named Alec. He was passionate about pool supplies. I know that's crazy to say but I had an issue with my vacuum and he walked me through it and gave me some encouragement to keep it and do some light repair. I believe most people would have just disregarded my inquiries but Alec genuinely wanted to help me and to seek to understand what was going on with my pool. Thank you!"

"New pool owner, I have had Leslies send me to Doheny's. I have called day after day trying to get anyone to answer and NOTHING although they ARE OPEN. It's so sad this is the closest pools store to me. Not impressed at all. Will not ever set foot in here again.... Go to Leisure time in the city, amazing KNOWLEDGABLE STAFF. Not just any random sales person gets hired. Its a drive but prices are better and its just and actual pools store. Not a street front for pool sales. Sad cause we are planning on replacing ours soon and after reading these reviews and my personal experience. We will drive to Texas before going to Leslies..."

"This place is a scam. I ordered a pool. I had to cancel it less than an hour later. They would not cancel it. Now they are shipping the pool. They seem desperate for a sale and their customer service center doesn’t speak English so you cannot get help. Be aware!"

"I Love Leslie's. They are always happy to help and have exactly what you need to keep your Pool, Clean and Beautiful!! I take my water in for testing when I have a problem and they test my pool water (For Free!) And tell me how to get it back on track. I will definitely be a Lifelong Customer!!"
