"This was the worst medical appointment experience I have ever encountered. I was seen four times at Mind Spa by three different practitioners. I was super hopeful because they did find a medication that was finally working for me in some aspects, but when I went in for my most recent appointment, I wanted to discuss some of the problems that the new medication was causing. I saw a practitioner that I had not seen at my three previous visits. She pointed out twice that she didn't know my medical history, ended up talking over me and basically yelling at me during my appointment. She became extremely hateful, told me that there was no solution for me, and abruptly ended my appointment - I think I was the last appointment of the day. I have never been treated so poorly by someone in the medical field. I will never be back."

"I am very disappointed in Dr Land. I was referred to her for medication management upon transition from my pediatric doctor post college. During our initial meeting, her demeanor was intense, flighty, and unengaged. She was even a bit rude/ cold, which was surprising. This was a significant change from my prior doctor who was authentically interested in me as a person and wanted to use the medications to make me the best version of me. At the end of the consult, Dr. Land agreed to refill the same prescriptions I was on, but her office had a processing delay. After calling and leaving 6 voicemails over a few weeks with no response, I finally stopped by the office for assistance and was greeted by a rude staff. I have decided to discontinue services with Dr Land, and do not recommend any patients to her or Mind Spa."

"They have provided great service for a family member. The nurses are fantastic. They take walk-ins on Mondays which is a great option for some people. The phlebotomist is amazing!! Helped my family member, who doesn’t like their blood drawn, very comfortable and she did a great job."

"Mind Spa was the first place I went to begin treating my mental health, and thank god I didn’t stop with them because I have never been treated so poorly since. I was 19 and had experienced several major losses including my mom, and I was struggling immensely in my daily life. I had never sought out mental health assistance in the past, so I was obviously unsure of the process. I chose Mind Spa because it was close and within network. I put a lot of faith in that appointment, but when the ‘doctor’ gave me a judgmental look up and down like it was casting call… I should’ve walked out then. Needless to say, I was denied any kind of treatment or assistance because I admitted to the ‘doctor’ that I self medicated with marijuana. It was devastating to be denied any kind of treatment after struggling daily for so long. Taking the steps to get help in the midst of such emotional turmoil and distress was hard enough, but after I was accused of “seeking drugs” and sent away by Mind Spa, I didn’t seek out help again for nearly a year. Thankfully, I did eventually find a wonderful psychiatrist who even ENCOURAGES some forms of THC treatment and ultimately understands that self-medication is a common practice amongst the mentally ill, and should be ADDRESSED AND TREATED, NOT SHAMED AND DENIED! Mind Spa is a disgrace to the true professionals in the mental health community and I truly hope no one else’s care was derailed by them like mine was."
