We offer introductory sessions with our Kickboxing Instructors, as well as extended 2-week packages that include unlimited workouts and equipment such as hand wraps and boxing gloves. Our Trainer-Led circuit hours provide a guided and motivating experience, while our 9Round Certified Trainers offer personalized coaching sessions tailored to your fitness level and goals.

"Fantastic! They put you through your paces, in short intense work outs and learning to kick box is simply awesome ^^. The best thing is that the trainers are always willing to help out or answer questions, it's not a meat market nor an intimidating macho or get out place. Everyone is going at their own pace but always pushing hard, and focused on their own work outs. It's a great stamina increasing and strength building workout, with exercises in between bags that build up your core, legs, and arms. It has a very positive atmosphere, encouraging trainers, and little quirks that make you feel accomplished and have fun. I love it."
"This place is awesome! I've been going to 9 round for almost a year now and I only have good things to say. I can get a full body workout in 30 min which makes it easy to fit into my daily schedule and leaves me feeling great for the rest of the day! Its also super nice to have a knowledgable trainer available during my workouts to help correct my form, teach me different combos and push me to work hard. Honestly, I couldn't recommend a better place to get a full body workout. Thanks for the awesome gym 9 round!
