"Recent experience would suggest that they are having hard time properly staffing the store. I have tried to spend about $400 in pool chemicals with these folks that last week on 2 different occasions....both between 11am and 1pm. Attempt 1 found me waiting in store for nearly 30 minutes while only dude in the store helped a couple of customers with complex needs and took phone calls (!). Decided to come back later......just left the location today and after 15 minutes of walking around, with 2 other customers, found same dude talking on phone in back of store. This is unacceptable customer service.....foot traffic and present humans > than incoming phone calls. Dude is completely oblivious to basic customer service 101 of greeting / acknowledge / attempt to help."
