"Fresh, hot and crispy chicken!!! This chicken is not over flavored, just good fried chicken. You will be greeted quickly and friendly when you walk in the door. The building is nothing fancy but the food is what really counts."

"The atmosphere is really chill and laid-back. There is a great variety of American and Korean dishes. The food is decent (i wish they would cook meat a little longer). I must say IF YOU CALL IN A PICK UP ORDER, THEY WONT EVEN COOK YOUR FOOD UNTIL U GET THERE…I am so disappointed in their disregard for instructions!! (the whole point of PICK UP ORDER) lastly idk if today was not thier day but i got gizzards that taste stale or old meaning i couldn’t bite into them. i called up there for a refund because i never got my banana pudding and the lady tried to argue with me so now i have to take my COVID HAVING SELF UP THERE TOMORROW FOR MY REFUND! never eating here again."

"Korean options were great. Mandoos were awesome and i could have had a whole meal of just those. Bulgogi spicy pork really tasty could have been spicier imo Bibimbap was good. I would recommend asking if they have an extra gochujang sauce. It needs just a little more flavor than the little container they give you for that much rice."

"This is going to be a biased review. My family has enjoyed the Chicken Box for over 40 years. When I heard the original location was no longer in business I was crushed. However, to see that there is a newer location brought joy to my heart. The taste was just as I remembered. Fried chicken, gizzards, wings...it's all still available. I want a shirt next time! The service was personal. They take pride in knowing you and are not afraid to start a conversation with you. The food was fresh and prepared well with the spices I was familiar with. There was ample space inside to sit down and everyone was happy. Nostalgia aside, this is good chicken! Unique in taste and options. Service is great and the same as it was 40 years ago..."real". Real people putting their heart and soul into what they love. It doesn't get any better than that!"

"My husband and I visited during lunch hour. The restaurant was busy, but they seemed to be accommodating people within a timely manner (we didn't receive the same service). . Our food took a long time to come out 35+ minutes. We then were informed they were out of chicken (mind you this was during lunch!). My husband understood and asked if he could please have tenders instead. They gave him 3 TINY strips. Disappointed in the food and the lack of punctuality."
