"Karate academy with several locations in Utah. The owner of the franchise still teaches at the Orem location. My kids have been practicing for years now, and now they are close to black belt. The techniques can vary depending on the location, sole can be more traditional and others more modern You can get to do your movements and techniques perfectly, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that you are going to improve your fitness, you need to practice at home and exercise too."
