"This school tried as hard as they can to make things difficult for parents and kids. Avoid this school until they get things fixed. If they can, they will make sure your kid goes through hell here. They don’t stop bullying, in fact they use it against the kids to pry into their lives and use it against them. Kids are the last priority. The kids get tardy’s Almost every day because they can’t even get through the hallways and then when they add up they send all the kids to lunch detention. They just don’t care about anything important they only poke at kids they know they can take advantage of."
"I hate this school they took my laser that costs about 150 to 200 dollars and they gave it to di for free and they said i could get it back at the end of the school year and its the end i asked the front office for it they said they gave everything that they took away and gave it to d i. So i would not let them take anything from your child for the rest of the year because they will give it to di for free."
"Love the front office staff. They are always respectful, nice, and very helpful. the teachers that i have come across and work with for the students that are in our home have worked great with our foster children. They are willing to help in any situation as long as there is communication for them to have the chance to do so. The FFA and AG program are both great programs. All around a great school."
"I used to not like this school, but now i go to a new school and can honestly say I MISS VISTA! I love how you are able to check your grades in class and teachers have us fix our grades while students on task get rewarded! my new school has dear instead of teal and all you do is read or remediate! I am not a reader! I also miss the teachers because I felt like they actually know how to teach. One teacher at my new school expects us to be good with our work without her even helping us. Overall I think Vista is a really good school! I just wished that so many people that are my friends weren't bullied! My all-time favorite english teacher is Mr. C. bc he is really funny and really me with learn to appreciate work his class! If I had the chance to go back to VHMS I would be there in a heartbeat!"
