"Court looks beautiful. I loved being able to design it on the app. The install team was great and Chase and Melissa were super helpful through the whole process. Sorry for all the weeds in the picture, we're just getting started on the yard."
"We bought an outdoor court from this brand and it is such a piece of cheap junk. Not sure what kind of scam photos are on the other reviews for this company but let me show you what the edges of their courts really look like. Uneven and sharp. Super dangerous for kids. Our installer who is one of their dealers, not some random person we hired. He also told us the court did not need to be anchored so it moves while we play on it. We paid thousands of dollars because they advertise their products as offering "top performance and safety" but their products offer neither of these things. They are literally just cheap pieces of plastic. The company must know their product is garbage because they take no responsibility or offer any customer support once they have your money post-purchase. I reached out to the company initially thinking it was the installers fault our court has so many issues and hoping that they would help me resolve everything. I spoke with a very nice man named Braxton who assured me that he and someone named Michael would offer me solutions. Instead they went MIA for weeks. I then followed up several times and spoke with a few other SnapSports reps who were all super nice and promised to have someone get back to me. Again weeks went by with no answers. Finally I was able to get in touch with Kerry Moller the COO of the company. She kept saying someone would get back to me. They offered to anchor the court and then stopped responding when I also asked them to replace the edge pieces that their installer had cut with a box knife and left super super sharp and dangerous to my children. These people could not care less about their customers. They take no pride in their products or the people that they authorize for installation. They have claimed that my concrete was poured incorrectly even though it was done based on the specs of their dealer (and inspected by him before and after) and have failed to give me any explanation for why the edges of my court are ugly and uneven and sharp enough to cut through skin. There are so many other reputable companies out there like Sportcourt I wish I had just gone with one of them because I assume they would provide some level of customer service. These people dont even respond. This company seems like a total bait and switch to me and I'd recommend staying as far away from them as possible."
"Great floor. Better than expected. Daimon was very helpful and patient through the whole process. I recommend getting the supervised install it really is worth the money and headache saved. Tye was very knowledgeable and made our court look professional with the lines painted."
"Braxton at SnapSports was amazing to work with from inquiry and fact finding all the way through to tracking number for shipment. He also went out of the way to ship the anchor system first so I could have it set in concrete well in advance of receiving the rest of the system and court. He was also very helpful is giving me the documentation necessary to properly install the base rock vs concrete ahead of time so that I was able to install the court and basketball system within hours after receiving it."
"Love our basketball and pickle ball court from SnapSports. Chase was incredibly helpful throughout the entire design stage as we built a new home and planned ahead for our court. He helped our architect and builder make sure everything was prepared so my kids and I could actually lay the tile and set everything up ourselves."
