"I am so upset. I was suppose to have an appointment today drove 40 minutes took off work and made sure to be on time. They warn you how bad it is to miss appointments without notice. I show up about 7 minutes early to check in and they tell me the appointment was reschedule and that the student was suppose to let me know but it looks like he didn't. So here I am missed worked for nothing and have to wait another month with a mouth full of broken teeth! I will find elsewhere to go they obviously don't value my time and money. They expect the patient's to show up to appointments! I'm out in my car crying because my teeth are so bad and I can't get any help."

"The U of U Hospital and the Huntsman are excellent but I cannot say the same for the dental clinic. Mistake after mistake by a revolving door of practitioners and by a clueless billing department. The worst part is that no one takes ownership of the mistakes or tries to correct them.. You are left to make call after call and write over and over about the same issues in an effort to resolve. This is an unbelievably incompetent organization providing a poor level of customer service and patient care. Do yourself a favor and find a dentist in private practice that actually cares about doing a good job for you!"

"This place has blown me away!! They have good prices, especially considering I don’t have insurance. My first appointment I ended up fainting in the waiting room and I was so impressed with how well taken care of and attended to I was through that whole thing. I was in oral surgery with Nate the 4th year and he was PHENOMENAL! I was so nervous and from the moment I met him he made me feel so comfortable and considered. It’s been such a cool thing to witness, these students having the environment to learn but also being made to feel very safe and taken care of. It’s top of the line care and I feel very grateful to have found this place."
