"We went to Leslie’s to inquire about purchasing a hot tub. When we walked in, there was no one to be seen. After a few minutes, a young man came from the back, but he did not approach us. He actually seemed as if he’d rather be anywhere else than in this store. We inquired about a hot tub and he quickly stated, ‘sorry, they’re all sold out’ despite the fact that hot tubs are advertised on their letter board outside. The young man seemed annoyed by our questions of when tubs might be back in stock. We will not be bringing our business here in the future."
"Very friendly and helpful! They don't try to sell you chemicals you don't need. Very professional! My spa is in much better shape then when I was still taking water samples to the other spa store in town. I thought I was adding more chemicals than water!"
