"I could not say enough good things about Outback. You will not regret using them for your pool and spa needs. The customer service is AMAZING! The employees are SO helpful and so friendly. They have everything you need plus more IN stock and ready to go. They are willing to help you problem solve and come up with a solution. I feel like they are not just pushing products to make a sale, they truly listen and help you get what you need. We were given a free hot tub and knew nothing about it but they helped us with all the parts we needed to get it running plus set us up with chemicals to get started. They explained others we may need in the future but didn't force us to purchase any right now. I genuinely feel like they are there to help and make your pool and spa successful. They also give discounts for teachers, first responders, military! Just an amazing local business. These guys have my business through and through and I appreciate all their help so far!"

"Can’t remember the guys name I talked too, but it started as I figured. They couldn’t work on my specific hot tub ( I knew that, trust me my next will be from them), what I didn’t figure was the awesome service I got that made them absolutely no money in them giving me a full blown lesson to diagnose my issues. Not only did he help me diagnose my problem, they had my part in stock (bc it’s universal). He 100 percent did NOT have to help me like that, I do appreciate good Sir! "There is something to be said about small town customer service! These guys are the real deal. They didn’t try to oversell me one bit. As a matter of fact, they introduced me to their cheapest hot tub model first and went up from there. I ended up wanting an even bigger model than initially simply bc they had better color options. But I am so glad that I did! I know I would have regretted the smaller tub. These guys went above and beyond with the installation and explained everything to this novice. I knew I could have gotten a better deal in DFW, but I also couldn’t have their amazing staff to help me each and every-time I walk in and they know my name before telling them. And"
