"Doctors Hayden and Daley are both amazing, and I’ve seen each for years, but the front desk woman, Courtney, is the most awful rudest woman I have ever met. She acts like everyone who comes her way is personally inconveniencing her. I still go there because Doctor Hayden is such an amazing pediatrician, but every time I go in I dread seeing that front desk woman, she never fails to ruin my day."

"I have taken my children to Dr. Daley for approximately 15 years. It was a wonderful experience until this week when my son who is now 18 went in for a well-check appointment. Yesterday I talked to nurse Mandy to fax his blood test results, however, the fax never arrived. Today is Thursday and Dr. Daley and his nurse Mandy are not there. When I called to request that a fax resend, I was put on long holds for at least 15 minutes each. However, now when on hold for >15 minutes their phone system recycles your call and resets the time. I dealt with this at least three times today. So, I decided to drive to Dr. Daley’s office to pickup my son’s results. Then the front person was very rude, and she said my son had to give a verbal OK since he is now 18. So I called my son, but the front desk lady would not talk to him on my phone. So then he called their office .. where he was also cycled into the hold queue even though the front desk lady (Courtney?) was sitting right in front of the phone. I did not want my son to go through the same iterative hold (unprofessional) ordeal. So, I called him back. It was a disgusting catch-22 situation, and the front desk lady was arrogant and unapologetic, which was very upsetting to me. Dr. Hayden came out and I was able to privately tell her what happened. Since my older son is now 18 she said he has to sign a hippa form, and she would call him to email the results. Ok, that’s fine. However, when I walked back to the front desk, Dr. Hayden asked the receptionist to give me a hippa form. This person (Courtney) again arrogantly said my son had to bring it back personally, or at least a driver’s license would need to be shown for my son. I said OK, but she was very hesitate to give me the form. Unbelievable! Finally this front desk lady gave the hippa form to Dr. Hayden who then gave it to me. How in the world can such an arrogant receptionist act like she knows more that the doctor(?). As mentioned my sons have been coming to Dr. Daley for well over a decade. I was never treated so terribly even in all these years. I’m done, and I will be looking for a new pediatrician in south Tulsa. It used to be worth the drive to Midtown to see Dr. Daley… not anymore. I hope he has a nice retirement, and he was an excellent pediatrician. My other son who is 13 would also prefer a male pediatrician, so after the disrespect from the front desk lady, we will be switching to a different pediatrician!"

"We’ve just started here and it has been pretty good. It seems to get busy in there, but shout out to the ladies in the front- they always seem calm and helpful. I’ve never been made to feel like a burden when they’re trying to get us checked in, insurance in order, there’s a line of parents and kids and the phones are ringing. I really appreciate that experience."

"We love Dr Daley and Dr Hayden! Dr Daley has been both my kids pediatrician for 17+ years and is always happy to see us, catch up with my (now) teenagers and ask about theirs sports. When they were younger he would get down in the floor and read books with them or build blocks. I can't speak highly enough about him!"

"Dr. Daley is the absolute best. He has the most sincere, warm care we’ve ever experienced. His nurses are just as wonderful. My son loves him! Can’t ask for anything more than that!"
