"I could not be more pleased! I've been to two other dermatologists over the years but had my first appointment with Dr. Lawrence today. Everything was great! Dr. Lawrence listened attentively, answered all questions and explained everything simply and with great detail. All the other office staff was also pleasant and friendly. I needed a couple minor procedures (wart freeze, biopsy) which she did quickly on the spot. I didn't have to schedule another meeting to have those done."

She is professional, warm, explains things thoroughly, and always makes sure we know all of our options. Our family loves working with her and the drive to Edmond is well worth it."

"I love Dr. Lawrence but her staff is awful. I was 20 minutes late to an appointment because of a medical emergency. I called on my way there and they still told me to come in. I spoke with them when I got there and they said they would tell me if they couldn’t work me in. They called me back and that was that. I ended up waiting an hour and went out to see if they forgot about me. They said they had rescheduled my appointment—without talking to me—and it was “only 15 minutes” past when that appointment was set. I ended up waiting an hour and a half before I HAD to leave for work. When I raised this issue with their office manager she was a complete wretch. She chastised me despite knowing it was an emergency and I did everything I could to communicate or reschedule. I was trying to say something and she just kept interrupting me and telling me how I should have waited longer because Dr. Lawrence “was just about to see” me. Yet no one wants to communicate and at no point did they call me to apologize or reschedule. I had to go after them to get answers. She also denied everything I said stating that they would have told me XYZ (they didn’t) or wouldn’t have said ABC (they did). I would avoid this office unless you want to put up with awful nurses and managers."

"Dr. Lawrence and her nurses were so great to our two year old, who had to get a pyogenic granuloma removed. They were very kind and caring and made the process very quick. We will definitely be going back to her."
