Sam's Club

"I can't believe it.... two weeks ago I put a cupcakes order for today Easter. And guess what? The store is close due to Easter. Poor customer service. They knew store will be closed today. They at least should of call me."

"The cafe workers here are liars apparently they like to shut down early instead of doing there job it’s 6:35pm on a Thursday and supposedly their out of everything and they don’t close until 8pm yeah right in paying for a membership to shop here and I’m not getting the service I’m paying for"

"This is my favorite club. If we have any issues they have been quick to fix them. We use the scan and go. Only issue is you have to watch the pricing because sometimes it will scan wrong, normally it is only a few cents though. Seem to be always stocked with what we need and I love the instant savings on scan and go. The staff has gotten more friendly over the years and I appreciate that."

"If this how clean and well-maintained they keep the part that you can see, I could only imagine how bad the parts you can’t see are. Also, the service and food quality is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any Sam’s Club. Do better."

"When you have scan and go. It really makes it so much easier to check out. Delivery product to home is reasonable timing. Pick up orders has always been great. Very friendly staffs. However, today there was a lady today that was being really rude. She is given the job of the pies sampling. She could have been nice when stating she had to go to lunch. She refused service rudely. She shouldn't have represent customer service for Sam's Club. If she doesn't have that skill, she needed to find a other job. Other than that, place is clean and organized. Hailey from the Optical store has given incredible customer service. She kept a happy face on and she was really nice to my baby. This got me buying two glasses instead of one. One for my daughter and the other for myself."
