"Was referred to this clinic for my daughters very abnormal migraines. They are booked for months and months in advance and it is very difficult to get an appointment. We finally got an appointment and were relieved to hopefully get some answers. My daughters father showed up to the appointment with her and because of a SYSTEM ERROR that they admitted had been happening to other parents, our paperwork wasn’t all ready on their end (that I had filled out and submitted in advance). Not only did they REFUSE to see my daughter, they made us forfeit the appointment without setting up another. Over one page of paperwork that didn’t show up on their end. That would have taken five minutes to fill out. It was absolutely ridiculous- I was so upset. Not to mention, the front desk staff were rude, condescending, and unconcerned with any of their patients. What an embarrassment to the legacy of Primary Children’s."
"Tried to force my disabled toddler to wear a mask. When I told the nurse he wouldn't wear one, as I have tried hundreds of times, she told me I needed to leave. Thankfully the doctor didn't care. My son has cerebral palsy and needed a physical evaluation for a leg brace. You cannot do that virtually."
"We moved to Utah this summer. Our daughter has been seeing a neurologist here following recommendation from her previous neuro. We had a spectacular neurologist out of state so we came in with high expectations. So far we have been pleased with the care and attention her case has received."
