"Dr. M goes above and beyond to try to help his patients, he is very compassionate, informative and thorough. He has a very caring staff as well and they do what they can to help patients. They all are very open and let you know each step of the way what is going on with your situation., IE snag with insurance, needing a referral, needing an authorization, labs out of whack, they keep you informed with what is going on. Me and my son have been seen by Dr. M and his staff and there's no complaints here."

"I am in the US Army and I have been calling since May to set up an appointment to get cleared. The receptionists continuously said “sorry we’re in Norman today, but we will call you back on Thursday to schedule an appointment. They NEVER called back- it was me reaching out to them. Every time I called on Thursday they would say “oh sorry, Dr M is a specialized Dr so your PCP would have to send the labs- even after I gave them the referral, authorization number, and told them the dates of which my documents were sent. No disrespect to Dr Mahmood, but if he wants to keep his office in MWC- he needs new staff."

And he's already willing to give me a referral if I need one. He doesn't just throw medication at a problem in hopes it goes away. I would recommend him every time."
