"Terrible experience. Was willing to pay premium for their product. Placed order on March 19 for a gift on March 30. Today is March 30 and product still has not left their warehouse. No follow up or support from them either."

"UPDATE: Timpanogos reached out to me and rectified the situation immediately after my post. I now have a replacement shirt en route. I really appreciate the proactive response. Terrible experience. First, the "free" shipping wasn't free, but after several emails back and forth they fixed that problem. Then they shipped me the wrong size shirt which was going to be birthday present. Then when I emailed them about the problem, they simply told me to go back to their web page and search for the tiny, "return" hyperlink which was difficult to find instead of just sending me a link directly to that page in their email to me. Then, the only way to access the, "Instant Exchange", feature is for me to give them my credit card number AGAIN, which I'm not about to do. So, my exchange will not even get started until I return the wrong shirt, so probably not going to see the correct size for another 3-4 weeks. Why can't you they just process my exchange immediately from my initial contact? Why do I have to do all this work to fix their problem? Be very careful if you're considering purchasing from this company."

"Went in a few months ago and got my hiked Timp patch for the season, and instantly fell in love with the merchandise in the store. Ended up leaving with an awesome shirt and stickers for my car. Then for Christmas after stalking their site, decided I needed a hoodie and tees. Then came back a few days later for another hoodies, beanie and stickers. Awesome customer service and great merchandise options. I highly recommend stopping by. (Bonus love that they brought back the Hiking Timp yearly patch)."
