"We went on tours 2 & 3. We loved both! Luis was such a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and we loved the connections he shared with these places and the Book of Mormon. Lunches were delicious both days and we enjoyed cooling off in a cenote at the end of a very warm day. We highly recommend this tour company."
"Me and husband had an amazing time with our tour to tulum, chichen Nitza, and the cenote! Luis was our tour guide and he was incredible! If you’re ever in Mexico, please ask to do the tour with Luis. He was super informative and knowledgeable. I’ve never felt so connected with the Mayan history + the Book of Mormon stories. Can’t wait to go back again to bring a bigger group!"
"We had a great experience with Alma Tours! We did 2 different tours - Chichen Itza & Tulum. The process booking was pretty easy & we had lots of questions that got answered quickly through their Facebook chat. Our tour guide (Ricardo) was awesome & knew so much. We loved touring these places through a gospel lens! We felt safe in the van & knew we were in good hands through the whole process. The only downside was that I missed out on a bunch of the explanations due to my toddlers :P maybe not the most exciting option for littles!!"
"Luis was our tour guide and he was terrific!! We really enjoyed his company and insight. We shared the tour with one other couple and had a wonderful time! Luis picked us up from our resort, then we drove to Ek Balam (which you can climb!), then to Chicken Itza and ended with a swim in the cenote Ik Kil, which was a welcome end to a day in the heat! Delicious buffet lunch was included. We loved that this company provides the information and evidence they have and allows us to draw our own conclusions without making speculations seem like fact. With or without proof, I felt strongly that the Mayan structures, religion and civilization were influenced by Lehi's family and the scriptures and traditions they brought from Jerusalem. It gave me so much perspective and I can't wait to read the Book of Mormon again with the new knowledge I gained. It was a spiritual experience and one not to missed on your trip to the Yucatan!! Thank you, Luis! You are an incredible person!"
"We spent a glorious day with Arnie. He took us to Chichen Itza and Ek Balam. Arnie was very knowledgeable very professional. Next time I go to Cancun and want to do a tour I wanna make sure Arnie is our guide. I don’t know how much they are paying Arnie, but I am sure it’s not enough. This company was a class act from the point of contact until the our drop off from the tour. I was a little apprehensive that this tour was gonna end up as a 12 hour Book of Mormon devotional. It was not. It was a great mixture of Mormon Theology and how it plays into the Mayan Theology. It was great. After showing people at our resort pictures of our tour they were amazed. One family bought tickets though our resort to do the same. Don’t hesitate. Just do it."
