"Worst possible place to go for medical attention! The people that are in training or practicing medicine with no MD. Just a guess. So it's off to therapy then maybe they will look closer if that doesn't work.I ended up getting a certified letter from dr. Jones telling me not to come back because I had an opinion about what was wrong with my back. I ended having surgery because revere health so called doctors didn’t want to do their job pawn it off to someone else then they have the nerve to call me and ask if I want to come back and see this so called doctor after I had surgery when they told me to stay away. What a joke this place is…….."
"I Found Christian Garrett and Ashley to be very helpful as I am suffering from a sinus infection. The front desk was very helpful and kind. I learned better ways of treating my Ailments from both Ashley and Christian Garrett about sudafed and antibiotics. I highly recommend this office as the people here are friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt cared about as they wanted the best for me. Thank you all very much."
"Unfortunately after today's experience I am rewriting my five star review. At the time he diagnosed me with a virus because I because I had a dry cough. I was given a cough suppressant rx. It didn't help because I have been up two nights coughing. I called last night and my call was not returned. Last night I began coughing up yellow and green phlegm. And I am getting worse. Tomorrow. I'm supposed to fly to help my eighty seven year old mother who has covid. I am 66 years old and have experience with this in my life. When I was finally able to talk to a medical assist, after three attempts I explained all of this to her and said that I really want an antibiotic because I feel like this has turned into a bacterial infection which can happen after a virus has run its course. She said he refuses to change his diagnosis. she said. Even if I come in again there's no guarantee. He will change his diagnosis. she said. I should see my primary care physician, who is in florida And where I won't be for 3 months. I got the same answer over and over which was no, we are not changing our diagnosis. Instead, I'm going to have to go to another urgent care to take care of this very simple problem. You would think I was asking for opiates instead of a simple antibiotic. In addition, some of the information he told me was wrong. He told me that I shouldn't be contagious after five days. I was still showing many symptoms and most sites on the internet say you can be contagious as long as you are still actively showing symptoms. He didn't look in my throat. This could have gone so different for you. Revere. you had a 5 star review and I could have followed it up with a wonderful follow-up.But this kind of treatment brings you to a new low. I am changing you accordingly, so that maybe you will rethink your policies and so that others can be aware of these possible problems. -------original review I walked into the beautiful building impressed. Lucky for me, it wasn't a really busy time and I only had to wait twenty minutes. The tall, young doctor was wonderful. He really couldn't have been any better. The office staff was great as well"
"The service I received here was very poor. I had a wellness exam, and while I was there I asked to get a wart removed. Before getting it removed, I was assured that the removal wouldn't cost anything extra. It was a 5-second procedure, then a few weeks later, I got my EOB from my Insurance that showed that they billed my wart removal as a surgery for $216. If that isn't gouging for money then I don't know what is. And the wart came right back within a few weeks. I called their office and expressed my disappointment that the communication wasn't honest and straightforward, and I asked if I could get another appt for the wart to be removed again without charge since the first attempt was unsuccessful. After getting transferred around to five different people, none of which showed any real concern, they said that they wouldn't do anything and if I wanted it to be removed, I'd have to pay another $216 for a "surgery." Talk about price gouging. Nothing disappoints me more than "healthcare" places that don't care about your health but how they can take more money from you."
"Had an 8:30 appointment, arrived on time, filled out my paperwork, waited for my appointment. After about 40 minutes I asked the front desk if things were running behind and the lady with glasses said she was waiting for me to return the paper I had finished filling out at 8:30. I have never had this happen at any other office - I have always taken the paper into the doctors room. An hour later I was ushered in, given a short test and $110 x-rays, then told the doctor would be another wait. An hour and a half later I saw a PA who had not seen my paperwork, who within 2 minutes of speaking to me said he had to step out. After a total of 2 hours of waiting I asked to reschedule my appointment at no fee. I had plans at 10AM and an appointment at 11AM in SLC which I had to reschedule, and unfortunately I have to come back to actually have my injury seen and have no indication of how serious it is. I scheduled for today since I’ve been worried about nerve damage. I’m confused as to why staff are not trained to understand that clients have outside jobs and appointments and a two hour wait to see a doctor is unacceptable. After my follow up appointment I really cannot trust this office again."
