"I really liked Dr. Brocknank he was very personable and through. Unfortunately for me he is now on a mission and some other guy is filling in. Im not impressed with the new guy, he is not very friendly as far as his bedside manner. He spoke maybe a handful of times and that’s pushing it. I have no idea how my eyes are, He just kept doing more eye tests then wanted to schedule cataract surgery without explaining why it was such a rush to get it done. Dr. Brocknank had told me they weren’t that bad and there was no hurry to have it done. I will not let this new guy touch me, and I will not be going back to this office. I do not recommend this office at all…sorry!"

"The front desk lady is annoying and ready to argue . I took a while to find the building and had to walk a long distance adding i came from a long distance I’ve been in pain since I’m a cancer patient and the treatment dries my Eyes. I apologize and i told her what happened. She didn’t show any empathy at all and just replied that we had to reschedule. she seemed not to care about patients or their health at all . She is so prideful and thinks they are the only eye care facility in the world . I waited so long for an appointment because they are “always booked” ( curious because there was no one when I showed up) , and when I showed up she ended up telling me about a policy they have ( which they never mentioned and wanted to reschedule again) she really wanted to argue and had that attitude. Not coming back at all."
