"Good afternoon. I can't deny that I received good service from the attendant Ludimila when purchasing our tickets. However, on return tickets, we had problems checking in. We spent more than 1 hour 1/2 to check in. We are two adults and a baby in arms. On the return ticket, the company entered our baby's name on the return ticket, which is where the whole problem started, to locate the reservations and book the seats, which was only possible due to the good will of the attendant. This could have been avoided, as the Zion attendant knew all the information about our trip. I don't know if I will use the company on another opportunity, because I wanted comfort and security, something that was compromised."

"I bought several tickets for family and friends to visit from different places including domestic and international travel . All of the tickets had at least two stops. 4 out of the 6 tickets had last minute flight changes including longer layovers, some up to 13 hours that were not originally booked. For the return flights, two passengers flying on Friday had flights cancelled. Zion didn't respond to us until Monday morning. Use their service with caution"
