"Janet takes a guided restorative yoga practice to the next level. Sharing her knowledge and heart to help an individual is passionate and you will get what you specifically need. She is my one on one coach as I heal and restore from cancer treatments and this support has made all the difference for my healing progression. Thank You Janet!"
""I worked with Janet in her 12-week one-on-one program. I wanted to learn techniques to calm my mind and body and I’ve been able to use the meditation tools to do that. The best part is I gained confidence in myself and affirmed that I do have more control than I thought! The private lessons gave me a chance to focus on myself and my needs and I loved the personalization that was brought to each session as we focused on what I needed at the time. I liked having the homework and it reminded me that I’m important enough to spend time on. I now prioritize time for myself so I can better care for things I need to do.""
"Janet is amazing. I love her holistic and knowledgeable approach to the body. She helps me push myself and also relax myself. Her restorative classes have helped me with my sleep and mental health. I feel more connected to my body after her classes."
"I love Janet! I have been to her studio, taken her online classes and have had one on one instruction by her. She catered to my needs paying close attention to my limitations. I have been able to use the individualized techniques she has shown me to help strengthen my body. Her gentle, caring and soothing attitude just replenishes my soul every time!"
"Janet is simply the best! I can't get over how much better I feel. Honestly, she is always the highlight of my day! Not only is she so KNOWLEDGEABLE she makes it so fun with all her creativity! Everytime is different and I love all the props she uses. Her voice is so soothing, and her messages stay with you all day! Her messages are as powerful as her workouts. It truly is a mind and body connection that helps you deal with everyday stressors. She is so loving, non judgmental and really works with the level you are at. She works so hard at what she does, so organized and prepared. She is so professional and classy... what she herself is capable of doing is mind blowing! She inspires me. She leads by example and truly cares for each individual. Her love of what she does can be felt! Janet has been my instructor for almost 3 years and she is worth every penny and more! We begin with a free 30-minute consultation call over zoom to see if we’re a good fit. I answer any questions you have and, if I believe we’re a good fit, I’ll tell you more about how you can work with me. If not, I’ll share tips and resources to help you on your way. (Remember I help women release stress so there is no obligation in this informational call!) If we decide to work together, we’ll set up weekly 60-minute in-person practices. Our first session will be a little longer to include an evaluation and a practice. Practices will be held in my home or yours. This is an immersion program that includes optional homework with mid-week check-ins to check your progress and answer questions. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? I’m a resilience coach and certified teacher of Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Pilates, with additional training in slow, mindful practices including nervous system resilience and the mind/body connection. How did you get started doing this type of work? I've always been interested in health and the mind/body connection. I was in a yoga class in 2014 when my teacher asked me to list 100 things I love about myself. I could think of a few things I like…but love?? By the end of savasana, there were tears rolling down my cheeks. I came home and journaled and journaled as my heart opened wider and wider. As I dove deeper into my practice and training I was able to heal my body and settle my mind to find true peace and inner connection. That experience led me to pursue a path in teaching yoga so I could share this practice of healing and self-discovery with other women. Show more Related cost information"
