"VERY unhappy! Took my daughter here last night to be checked after she was in the ER nights prior. Dr did a very short, not thorough exam and told me there was nothing wrong with her and that the injection she was given at the ER was the 'best option' for her and if it wasn't helping, she needed to go back to the ER and be admitted for further testing. I did end up taking her back to the ER and was told she had a double ear infection, a ruptured eardrum and was in immense pain. What is the point of a doctor and exam when they don't even know what they are looking at and are unable or unwilling to diagnose something so obvious???"

"I came in with an injury that Dr Ercanbrack was able to stitch up in no time, and he did so impressively. He also identified that I was also actually quite ill and make sure that he treated me for that before sending me on my way. Dr Ercanbrack and his nurse (I apologize for not getting her name) showed the perfect balance of friendliness, humor and professionalism. I couldn't stress enough good qualities of their patient care."

"The girls at the front desk were amazing and if this review was based on them only it would be 5 stars. The nurse and the PA were both stuck up and seemed annoyed to have to be troubled by me, like I had ruined their relaxation time. If I had a hammer and chisel I'm sure I could have chiseled ice off of both of them! To say they were rude and I felt like I was troubling them for having an emergency is in no way an understatement. I have not received such poor quality service from medical professionals in many decades. If I was in charge of this facility, both the nurse and the PA would have been terminated that day."

"Dr. Dawson, in the Clinic, was very organized and informative. He tested and had me have a chest xray to pinpoint the problem. He prescribed a number of Rx that I didn’t realize I would need with pneumonia but ended up using even the inhaler when I could not catch my breath while coughing once! He noticed a cold sore on my nose to lip that he prescribed something for which cleared it up immediately. I’m thankful he knew what I needed before I did! The clinic was efficient and quick. Thank you Spanish Fork Clinic."

"From check in to when I headed out the door was 30 minutes. They are efficient, sympathetic, and kind. Staff, nurses, doctor were all fantastic. Dr. Ercanbrack was great. He listened to my concerns, gave me options and made me feel confident in my care. Would definitely go here again if I needed immediate care."
