"Terrible place. They treat you like you don’t matter and their billing system is messed up. Crooks. Also would it kill you guys to just be kind?? Every time I talk to someone they’re just nasty and rude."

"Truly some of the worst and most dismissive health care I've ever received. Which is saying something in this country. I called on a Saturday to talk to a nurse about what was going on and they recommended I come in since I had been ill for a few days. Once there, they didn't do any examination and told me I couldn't do a test for my illness because of an over the counter drug I had taken that day. That would have been good to know when I called so I didn't have to drive all the way. They required that I wait 24 hours and drive all the way back the next day, which I did. Still no examination, but they told me to wait on test results with ZERO treatment options in the mean time The test took 5 days to get results. I eventually called back in and asked them to make an educated guess on what it was and have me try treatments so I didn't have to continue suffering. Why I have to direct them on how to do their job is beyond me. I received my results from the lab via email, but nothing from the provider. I called and text for two days asking to talk to a provider about the results before a nurse called. At this point they said my results were fine (despite the immense suffering I had been going through for days). I tried talking to the provider about this, but they stood off to the side and would only talk to me through the nurse. What kind of provider is so self righteous that they can't talk directly to you and instead can only relay messages through someone they are standing next to? Essentially they told me "We don't know what's wrong with you" and recommended I find another doctor. On a Saturday. If another doctor was open, I wouldn't be coming here in the first place. They also recommended I take the over the counter drug that I had initially taken preventing my test from being done in the first place. It makes no sense. So now despite waiting on help from them for an entire week, I'm stuck suffering for at least another two days until a doctor's office is open. This entire experience was a waste of time."

"My pregnant wife was just turned away by the front office to see her doctor for her appointment today. Something to do with insurance and payments you know, typical health care convoluted nonsense. This was our fifth appointment at this Revere specifically, somehow every time the person that we need to talk to to get this resolved isn't available or isn't there? I am absolutely disgusted, we pay over $600 a month for health insurance get turned away, because someone at Revere isn't doing their job, we are the ones that suffer. Got it."

"Lorin Leithead has been very professional and kind in helping me figure out my health care issues. If you need gastroenterology care, he’s your guy. As for the clinic, I have been very impressed with Revere Health providers and facilities I am about to move my family from select health clinics/ providers to Revere Health."

"Do NOT go to Revere… According to my bill, Revere charged me nearly $250 to administer a strep test after ensuring me I’d only be paying $25. Because they ensured me of that low cost, that’s the ONLY reason I went through with the treatment. Unfortunately, many things that people fear when going to urgent care or any health care clinic happens here at Revere… just read the other reviews, which I should’ve done before I went to Revere. Undisclosed charges, they hide behind claims that it was the insurance company’s fault, then claim that insurance didn’t cover what Revere originally said was covered, awfully rude and disrespectful billing employees (Ella), and threats that if payments aren’t made, you’ll hear from collections. In no way will my family or I ever go back to Revere. They’re run by medical care vultures who want nothing more than to run up your bill. The doctors and nurses appear genuinely nice, but that’s about it."
