"Terrible environment to bring your loved ones. While I was working there, they were forcing staff to drive vehicles that were not registered, lacked seatbelts, and had extreme mechanical issues. The company would not purchase reliable transportation. I had a meeting with the owner at one point to discuss all my concerns and they didn't change anything at all. At one point I was told to drive a van with failing breaks, and was told to do my best... In another scenario, I was asked to drive a van where you could literally see the GROUND through the floor panel at the drivers seat. There was a hole. After all this, I received a write up for how "my attitude was." The company would often tell employees that they had to drive their own cars to pick up and drop off clients, and it put staff is difficult positions especially with more severe clients. It makes me sad that that this company is still getting away with stuff like this. They need to be investigated by the state. I ended up walking away from the company because I couldn't stand to watch everything happening, and felt I had exhausted all my resources and still nobody listened."

"This place completely neglects the clients and they will not properly take care of any client that they will have under their care. They are incompetent, ignorant and not mindful enough to look after any of the clients. There was one time I client ran away and he go on the freeway on I-15 and he started running and chasing down cars while cars were attempting to maneuver to not hit him and that clients staff was nowhere in sight. (This also happens multiple times apparently and they just don’t tell anyone) Please don’t have you clients go to this unforgivable daycare."

"Working at Eaton Alliance is a pleasure and super rewarding. The clients are great and you just have to get to know them to really make a difference in their lives and yours. This field has a high turnover, so you do have to expect people to have a sour taste when they come and leave without really learning the job and/or the company. Management from top to bottom looks after their staff and communicates needed training on a regular basis. They will communicate with you and teach you everything you need to know as long as you’re willing to communicate your concerns and be professional towards one another."

The entire work experience has taught me patience and has helped me learn to love in a way that I haven't before. This job is worth it if you put in the effort, help other coworkers learn so they can provide the clients with what they need, and help the clients achieve their goals. The schedule is very flexible also."
