Delta Air Lines Reservations Center - SLC

"When booking a flight from Salt Lake to Sydney Australia the delta app lists prices at $4500. The flight goes through LAX. However the flight from LAX to Sydney is $2100 and a flight from Salt Lake to LAX is $350. For a total of $2450 from Salt Lake to Sydney on separate tickets. They are all the exact same flights, days, and times. The only difference is buying 2 separate tickets one to LA and one from LA to Sydney. When I called to try and understand why there was a $2000 dollar difference even though I would be on the exact same planes, times and days. I was met with hostility and condescension from the customer service representative when I had the audacity to question why flying from Salt Lake to LA was effectively $2500. $400 more than LA to Sydney."

"Every time we plan a trip now days. The airlines change your departure and arrival times. Delta is no better than any of the so called less desirable airlines. They used to care about service. Not any more. They have done it again. Paid more so we could fly out of Vegas late morning instead of 6 am. Well they just changed it to the 6 o’clock am flight. Not impressed but nothing I can do and they know that and don’t seem to care."

"Customer support is terrible. Waited two hours on the phone and nobody ever came. I used their messaging system and waited 24 hours while they continuously tried to end the chat and still no one. Looking for information that isn’t displayed online and crucial to my flight."

"It was clean and peaceful. Right next to the river. We had to share our picnic sight with a handful of bees. But, we used an extra paper plate to cover our food while we were not actively eating and they eventually left us alone. You need to make sure you bring cash for the picnic fee ($9.00). It was a great family activity."

"If I could give Delta zero stars here I would. I went to purchase a ticket with delta and knew that I had enough money in my account to pay for the ticket, but while it was processing it gave me an error signal and said insufficient funds. I immediately went to my bank account and the money was already deducted. It wasn't a pending transaction it showed that the payment went through and was sent to delta. When I called delta the first three times, each time they spoke to me like I was an idiot, and like the information I was giving them directly from my bank couldn't possibly be true. I have proof from my bank that the money left my account and went to delta. But since no ticket number was issued, they say there's nothing they can do. They told me to get the approval code for the transaction for my bank and they could send a form to the bank. But then when I called back with that information they told me that they can't use that information with a ticket number and that there's nothing they can do because without a ticket number nothing can be done. I just can't believe how poorly I have been treated each time I've called and the fact that they won't honor a refund when I have proof that the money went to them. Now I have to pay money to print and fax forms to send to my bank so that they will dispute the claim for me since delta said they refuse to allow me to dispute the claim myself."
