"UPDATING MY REVIEW TO SAY I WAS SEEN IN THE ER FOR INFECTION AND THE WAY THE DRESSING WAS. Sanderson said in my operative report he put a splint there for healing. Once the er undressed the wound there was no splint. The doctor was absolutely disappointed with how this was handled. Kendra has been amazing with me. She took the time to answer my questions and explained everything and guided me the correct way through surgery and healing. Dr. Sanderson on the other hand performed the surgery. He has never met me once or obviously read through my chart. The morning after surgery I woke up with a red rash from chest up. Postop told me to call them. I did no one returned calls or messages. When I called back for a third time the answer I got was stop taking the antibiotics and take Benadryl. I never even started the antibiotics yet, so that’s obviously not what it’s from and apparently they want me to take nothing to risk infection for my hand. Besides Kendra there is not one person that listens here or would answer questions. After post op he prescribed me the same thing i was receiving from initial injury and got no relief from just having surgery. Also it was on back order and I had the office try to tell me the whole script was filled when I called the pharmacy and no one called from the drs office they just assumed I was trying to get a refill which was not the case. This office has gone from taking care of me on Kendra’s side to literally just kicking me to the street after they performed surgery. I don’t even want to go back."

"Seriously tweaked my knee and was in pain. I saw Kendra who was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. She gave me options and one was an injection which she performed perfectly. It helped a lot along with other options I needed. So grateful for her!"

Ryan Slater is amazing , he was very patient with me asking him a million questions, I felt barely any pain in the procedure and he was so gentle, he has helped me in the past with the other knee , He is my favorite, he did not rush me out and I love that he takes the time to make sure his patients are taken care off.I highly recommend him."

"This was one of the worst doctor visits I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was continually told that they will not help me because of my weight. When I tried to explain that my weight is due to medical conditions, and that I have a Dr I work with for my weight issue, I was given the name of another Dr to help me lose weight, which made me feel completely unheard. I also explained that a lot of the extra weight was from a recent miscarriage and that was completely ignored. I was treated like a complete simpleton! I know that losing weight will help my pain, but that does not make the underlying cause go away! I felt like I walked out of there being told that I didn’t have the right to have a life without pain bc I’m overweight. That doctors office may as well have a sign on the door that reads, “Overweight people do not enter.” I’m thoroughly disgusted by the treatment I received. They then had the nerve to tell me to come back in three months. There is no way in hell I will ever go back there and subject myself to such treatment."
