"Darley is extremely unprofessional. One of the worst bedside manners I have ever seen. He kept interrupting me and would not let me talk. He didn’t even say hi or look me in the eye when he walked in, or say goodbye before he left the room. Maybe he just isn’t capable of holding himself to a higher standard, or maybe be just doesn’t care. Please see anybody else if possible."
"I’d give negative stars if possible. I began seeing Dr. Darley when my family moved to UT IN 2021. I have Sjogren’s disease (was diagnosed and placed on Plaquenil before moving to UT). For nearly a year I had abnormal urine tests and Dr Darley continued saying “we’ll have to look further into that next time” but then he never did. Then I started spilling protein in my urine. I called his office several times throughout this time, leaving messages, asking if the protein was a problem and what is supposed to happen to deal with it. I rarely got calls back. I finally went to my primary care Dr with all of my tests results because Dr Darley was not taking care of me adequately. After an ultrasound, a CT and a few other tests, turns out I have multiple kidney stones - including a staghorn stone which requires surgery. These types of stones often form when urinary infections are left untreated. I firmly believe that Dr Darley showed incredible negligence with my healthcare and because of his negligence I have to have surgery next week to remove the large staghorn stone. To say I am upset is an understatement. Dr Darley should not be practicing medicine if he and his office staff cannot truly look out for the health of his patients."
"I had been referred here and had sent them all my tests and such. they told me it would take 3-4 weeks to process my papers and wouldn't allow me to make an appointment. which is fine. i ended up calling them after 4 weeks. they said that there was a note that i hadn't taken the blood tests they requested (i did. i spent $60 to do it). then the receptionist transfered me to the nurse. i had a really hard time understanding why they felt like my tests showed nothing for autoimmune despite my postive ANA test and other labs. she also felt very dismissive which was really frustrating. after awhile she said she would talk to the doctor and call me back. i called them after an hour and there was no response so i left a message. and they never called me back. i feel like i waited 4 weeks - still suffering from my issues - for nothing. i would not recommend going here if you don't want your time wasted."
"Dr Darley is fabulous. He is kind and patient and takes time with each of his patients. I have recommended him to multiple friends and family."
