"Derrick is hands down the best provider I have ever been to. He is kind, compassionate, a great listener, and very knowledgeable when creating a treatment plan. I have been to quite a few OBGYNs and no one has made me feel anywhere near as comfortable and safe as Derrick has. I recommend all of my friends and family to him! If you’re considering a new OBGYN, look no further. You won’t find the quality of care that Derrick provides anywhere else."

"I have mixed feelings about this place. Derrick is very compassionate and cares a lot, but I didn’t feel I received all the help I could with some of the concerns I came in with. The front desk staff is also a bit unfriendly and my appointments were always running late so I would have to wait a good amount. I would also go into an appointment having to remind again everything about my situation. I also kept asking the front desk to send me my test results and they took forever to send them to me even after I kept asking. I also got overcharged and had issues with my insurance for the first visit, still have not been reimbursed. That part has been a hassle. I’m glad there are clinics like this that take a more holistic approach but little things then and there would be great to fix."

He made certain I was comfortable during my appointment and always follows up with his patients to make sure they are well taken care of. "Did not have a good experience here and would never recommend that anyone go here. Derick changed my prescription without any notice, any tests, and then never responded to any of my emails asking why. Since my prescription greatly effected my sleep quality, everything in my day-to-day became a lot more stressful and difficult to do from the lack of sleep. Mysterious billings would be charged to my insurance several months to almost a YEAR after the original appointments even though I had paid for them the same day I had said appointments. Never could get a straight as to why these billings were added on later either. It is absolutely ridiculous. Can’t wait to see what half-baked response I get for a terrible experience here."
