"This experience was great! The location is very nice inside, and the team is so friendly! The whole process took less than 30 minutes, from top to bottom. Make sure you fill out the Utah state application first! The doctor asks some fairly specific questions about your qualifying medical condition, and the other staff members help take you through the next steps in the application. By the time I left, I had my approval and digital card in my email, and they helped me set up an online visit with a pharmacy. Thanks, team!"
