"Have been seeing Dr. Victoria Jacobs for psychiatric treatment and medication management for ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and CPTSD. I have never been so disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I was going through a bad depression a while back and I reached out to her. She recommended I increase my dosage of X to X mg and Y to Y mg for 2 weeks then follow up. I have poor memory and cannot always remember the names of my prescriptions or dosages. After ending the session I checked the recommended dosage increase to the dosage I was taking at the time. They were the exact same dosage!! I had to reach out to her assistant and inform her that nothing had been modified with my treatment so what was the point of the session? Did my doctor even bother to check what my current doses were? Her assistant had to contact her to inform her of the issue and relay changes in dosage to me (after, I assume, she actually checked what medications and doses I was taking.) Earlier today I had another dissatisfying experience! During our session she increased the doses for some medications and prescribed a new one. I informed her I was no longer picking up my prescriptions from the CVS pharmacy I had used prior and provided her with address for the Walmart pharmacy I would be using from now on. I asked if she needed any other details for the Walmart pharmacy like the phone number and she said no. I get a text message from the CVS pharmacy saying prescription orders had come through and one had been filled and ready for pickup. Unbelievable!!!! Again I had to contact her assistant to correct the issue because I was not gonna call to transfer the prescriptions myself when I had informed my doctor DURING the session which pharmacy I needed the prescriptions sent to. This Health clinic has no problem taking my money but can't seem to do their basic job. The only saving grace is my doctor's assistant Ali Whitaker. She has apologized, been understanding and sympathetic about the issues I've been dealing with and is the only reason I haven't decided to find a new doctor, YET!"

"Gail Hilton was awful, when trying to open up about my feelings she chose to be very rude and unprofessional. She was an awful person to go to as someone who was nervous going to a therapist for the first time and from this experience, I don’t want to go to another one again. I would not recommended her she was not pleasant and rather than caring about what I had to say she chose to be negative, unkind and made me feel so unwelcome."

"I wouldn’t give this place any more than 0 stars but I had to share. My husband made an appointment for an in person visit with a doctor a month in advance and the day before he received a phone call saying how that particular doctor doesn’t do in person meetings, we rescheduled with a doctor that did in person and we were pushed 3 weeks out, my husband was told when he made the appointment that he didn’t need to do any paperwork until he got there but was notified the day before it was canceled because the paper work he didn’t know about wasn’t done. We called and luckily his appointment slot had not been filled yet so he was put back on the schedule. On the way to the facility 10 minutes before his appointment he got a call saying how they needed to cancel his appointment because that doctor doesn’t work on the day that they scheduled him on. Not sure who to blame here, the doctors or the people working the front desk because somebody clearly doesn’t know what they are doing. It’s ridiculous that a mental health facility is causing more stress than silently struggling by yourself. We will not be going here and we do not recommend."
