"I really can't understand these reviews but I can just tell you what I experienced. I have had shots before in Florida and nothing compares to the first class treatment this clinic offers. From the time I made my appointment, meeting Chad (who is the PA) and the nurse, meeting the front desk employee EVERYONE has been super organized, extremely friendly and very professional. They really did care about how much pain I was in. My appointments are emailed an texted to me, remind me and they follow up with me. Yesterday I went for my first shot in Jordon address, AGAIN EVERYONE extremely professional, organized and caring towards my pain. I got my shot and today I FEEL FANTASTIC!!! I haven't felt this good in years. I can not say enough good things about everyone there. Didn't even meet Dr Khan (well except when I was facing down to get my shot) lol but he did a fantastic job I would say!! I am so pleased I feel like I am 20 again. Thanks to everyone there!!"

"I have been a client of Wasatch Pain Solutions for several years. This office is in the business of making money. I thought they were trying to help me. But after 2+ years, the pain that I suffer from, keeps returning. They have not offered stem cell services or anything that would provide a permanent solution. They are happy that I keep returning for more treatment. I keep their wallets well padded. I am beyond frustrated with this office. You would think that a place where I pay as much money as I do they would be friendly when I call. Half the time, they act like they don't know who I am. There is no personalization by anyone besides Colin, the PA or Anna, one of the receptionists. It is because of these two individuals that they get a 2 star rating from me and not a 0 star. I WILL NOT be returning, or giving Wasatch Pain Solutions any more money or any of my business."
